The Sacred Connection Between
You and Your Horse
Have you ever noticed that your horse senses your mood as soon as you enter its field? They know exactly what you feel in that present moment.
Usually, we come to our horses at the end of the day, and we are maybe stressed or exhausted from all the work we did the whole day. Our head is full of obligations and stuff we haven’t done or what is waiting for us afterwards. Even when we’re in a bad mood they are still open to welcome us, but they mirror back to us how we feel. Not how they feel.
We have to understand that horses’ heart field energy is 15-times bigger than ours and as soon as we enter their field, we open our heart immediately. You can observe it very easily. Imagine, you come at the weekend with a free mind. You are much more appreciated and you feel so much better.
Going back to the scene from before means you bring all your mood into the saddle where you are supposed to merge with your horse even more. If you are not in alignment with your horse, it’s very hard to ride with a positive outcome. Although our horses are very patient, bringing all your tension into the saddle means they will respond to this right away. When you ride from balance and clarity, they respond with trust and harmony.
So, ask yourself, what energy am I bringing to my horse today?
Horses don’t lie. They reflect what we carry inside. Here are 5 ways your horse will reflect or mirror your own energy back to you:
- Tension in their body = your stress.
- Resistance = your doubt or fear.
- Calm connection = your inner peace.
- Hesitation = your lack of clarity.
- Flow = your alignment.
Ask yourself – which one feels true for you?
Making an inner shift changes everything.
The biggest breakthroughs in riding don’t come from new techniques, even though we should constantly improve our techniques —but from the inner shift to a balanced, calm and trusting presence. From that place, both rider and horse can move into a joyful and sacred synergy.

Healing & Realignment for the Soul
Have you ever asked yourself if you are living from your true essence, which means living from your soul, or if you’re just fulfilling others’ expectations? For years, I followed the outer path of “success.” I was on the wheel of “better, higher, faster” and I didn’t even realize it – until life gave me several lessons and breakdowns that cracked me open.
I’d like to share with you the 3 steps that helped me overcome my burnout and start feeling grounded and energized again after years of chasing the expectations of the outside world.
Very often these painful situations become our teacher. As we experience certain setbacks in life, we come to realize that we are more than our physical body, born merely to be functional for outside expectations.
Horses had always comforted me and gave me a sense of belonging, but a series of painful life events guided me into doing my inner work. Fortunately enough, life brought me to my Shaman, a unique mentor and teacher, and I started to dive into the essence of Shamanism and the 5 elements that compose the wheel of life. Here I found all the answers I needed for living a life according to these principles.
So if you are also in a place of frequently feeling overwhelmed or exhausted by all the external expectations, and the feeling of never having or being enough, try these small steps for bringing yourself back into a place of balance and nourishment:
- breathwork: exhale stress, inhale light.
- nature walks: let Earth absorb what you no longer need.
- yoga: release tension from your body.
Small shifts create big openings. Which one will you try today?
Please understand that healing doesn’t mean fixing something broken. You are not broken. You have just started the journey into yourself. It’s about peeling away layers of conditioning, pain, and old patterns—so your true essence can shine again.
In this way, healing is more about remembering who you really truly are instead of searching outside yourself for recognition or waiting for others to tell you who you truly are.
If you’re ready to step further into this work, see my offerings.

As Without, So Within:
The 5 Elements of Nature Within Us
Have you ever noticed how your inner world mirrors the natural world around you?
The wisdom of the elements lives within us, waiting to guide us back into balance. The rush of ideas feels like the wind, a new beginning burns like fire, emotions flow like water, and stillness anchors you like the earth beneath your feet. Beyond it all, there is a quiet presence—spirit—that ties everything together.
The more that we recognize ourselves as part of nature, it becomes clear that we, too, need to move with its rhythms. Through the wisdom of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and spirit), you can learn how to bring yourself and your life back into balance. Each one of these elements plays a vital role in keeping the wheel of life turning, and this is true within us as much as without.
Ancient shamanic wisdom teaches us that none of the elements is more important than the others—they are all equally needed. They exist in constant exchange, keeping life alive and flowing. When we bring this wisdom into our daily lives, the first step is awareness: noticing how we show up in different situations and where we may lean too heavily on one element. Awareness opens the door to restoring balance.
The Dance of the Elements
Here’s how the elements move within us:
- Air – The breath of inspiration. Ideas and creativity are born here.
- Fire – The spark of action that ignites your ideas.
- Water – The flow that carries everything into motion.
- Earth – The grounding force that stabilizes and gives form.
- Spirit – The unseen thread that connects and unites all.
At different times in life, we may need more of one element than another. But when one dominates for too long, imbalance takes over:
- Too much Fire can lead to burnout.
- Too much Air without grounding leaves ideas floating without form.
- Too much Water can drown us in overwhelming emotions.
- Too much Earth can make us feel heavy, stuck, or buried alive.
Balance is the key. Like a dance, the elements move in harmony, each one giving
and receiving, creating the rhythm of life.
A Simple Morning Ritual
One gentle way to invite the elements into balance is through a daily ritual:
- Air – Take five deep, conscious breaths.
- Fire – Light a candle or let sunlight brighten your space.
- Water – Drink pure water slowly, or refresh yourself with a shower.
- Earth – Place your bare feet on the ground and connect with Mother Earth.
- Spirit – Offer gratitude to your spirit team, guides, or simply to life itself.
This practice is simple, sacred, and deeply powerful. By connecting with the elements each morning, you align yourself with the natural flow of life and invite balance, clarity, and vitality into your day.
